The MSc program in Aquatic Science and Technology aims at training biologists in mathematics as a basis for working with quantitative biology, statistical computing and ecosystem modelling.
At the second semester the MSc program offers a course, 'Differential Equations in Biology' (25304), which is compulsory for BSc’s in biology. The course is a brush up in relation to key mathematical concepts and serves as a preparation for 'Mathematical Biology' (25303) which is also offered in the second semester.
If you wish to brush up your math skills even before enrolling within the MSC program in Aquatic Science and Technology, you can take a supplementary course, 'Gymnasialt Suppleringskursus', during the summer.
We have identified some supplementary math courses – unfortunately only in Danish. You can find the courses on the web site gsdanmark.dk. Choose 'Sommerkurser 10' and 'Matematik A' to see where the courses are offered.
